"From Studio to Stage"
This season we continue to bring you a series of four in-house Project Ballet Coffee Hours "From Studio to Stage", with complimentary performances and refreshments.
Join The State Ballet of Rhode Island, Artistic Director Herci Marsden, for an inside view of how a ballet is created, the training of a dancer, what inspires a choreographer, with music, lecture and visual performance.
Project Ballet Coffee Hour is a four-series, family friendly event that takes place in the company's 50 year old historic ballet studio in Lincoln.

SBRI Field Trip
Artistic director, Herci Marsden, will guide students through a special performance explaining the music, the staging mechanics, the physical training of the dancers and facts about the ballet.

Explore Ballet Workshop
Choose from either an introduction to classical ballet through lecture and demonstration, followed by a mini performance or an experience in classical ballet where selected students participate in an actual ballet class conducted by Ms. Marsden.
