The Brae Crest School of Classical Ballet The Brae Crest School of Classical Ballet was founded in 1958 by Herci and Myles Marsden, and is the official school of The State Ballet of Rhode Island. Since its inception, the school has established a reputation of the highest standards in ballet education.

Brae Crest School has a beautiful historic studio with a dancer-friendly sprung floor, a horizon of windows and a relaxing landscape for guests and dancers to enjoy outside of the classroom. We are conveniently located 10 minutes North of Providence and minutes away from major shopping plazas, restaurants, and coffee shops - directly off of Rte 146.

SUMMER BALLET PROGRAM

Open classes in Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, & Professional Levels for children to adults - lead by Artistic Director & Prima Ballerina, Ms. Herci Marsden Monday-Thursday, between 6-9:30pm FREE Master Classes offered on Fridays for all registered students July 11 – August 13

WEEKS 1 & 2

CHILDREN'S SUMMER BALLET CAMP

Camp for ages 5-12 years old 9am-2:30pm Monday-Friday 2 Weekly Sessions: July 11-15 & July 18-22 Includes Classes in Ballet, Choreography, Pilates, Art, French, Nutrition, Theater, Stage Make Up, Friday Performances on outdoor stage Cost: One Week- $220 Two Weeks- $390

PRE-PRIMARY CLASS WITH MISS ANA

Class for ages 3-5 years old 9:30am-10:30am Monday – Friday One Week Sssion – July 25-29 Includes: Ballet Class, Book Reading, and Arts & Crafts Cost: $100 Full Week .

WEEK 4

SUMMER INTENSIVE DAY PROGRAM

5-Day Camp for Intermediate & Advanced Dancers, Ages 10 to pre-professional 10:00am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday One Week Session: August 1-4 Curriculum includes classes in technique, pointe, character, modern, contemporary, and various studies of classical and/or contemporary ballets. Also, receive lectures in injury prevention, nutrition, and ballet-related topics. Cost: $145 Full Session. Uniform Required and supplied PRIVATE LESSONS AVAILABLE
